Refund policy

At Agniveda, we are committed to delivering
quality spiritual wellness products.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the hygiene and spiritual nature of our
products, we do not accept returns for used or
opened products.

Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item

To raise a return request, contact us within 7 days
of delivery at support@agniveda.com with your order
number and photo/video proof.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

REFUND POLICY
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7
business days
- For COD orders — refund will be transferred
directly to your bank account via UPI/NEFT
- For prepaid orders — refund will be credited
back to original payment method
